Warranty

Australian Consumer Guarantees apply automatically. The buyer is entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The buyer is entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
ergonomicoffice provides for:  3 year warranty on ergonomic furniture items;  1 year warranty on computer workstation accessories; 1 year warranty on peripheral input devices; 1 year warranty on all component electrical items; 1 year warranty on electrical components.  These warranties are valid under normal use and conditions but not fair wear and tear or ageing or misuse or damaged caused by relocation. Goods supplied come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

ergonomicoffice will provide instructions on how to return the goods at your cost. Once returned, ergonomicoffice will assess the goods and act accordingly.
