Warranty

Australian Consumer Guarantees apply automatically. Buyers are entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not constitute a major fault. For a major failure, buyers are entitled to a replacement or refund, along with compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

ergonomicoffice provides the following warranty coverage:

  • 3-year warranty on ergonomic furniture items

  • 1-year warranty on computer workstation accessories

  • 1-year warranty on peripheral input devices

  • 1-year warranty on all electrical components

These warranties apply under normal use and conditions. They do not cover fair wear and tear, natural ageing, misuse, or damage caused during relocation.

All goods supplied by ergonomicoffice come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

ergonomicoffice will provide instructions on how to return the goods at your cost. Once the goods have been received, we will assess them and respond accordingly.
