Ergonomics is the process of designing or arranging workplaces, products and systems so that they fit the people who use them. The aim of ergonomics is to improve the way people interact with their chosen working environment and reduce the risk of injury or harm in that environment. As the way we work becomes more efficient, The need to ensure that the tools we use are purpose designed becomes more important.
